The Smoke Folk is an award-winning smoked food business based in Frome, Somerset. We employ traditional and contemporary cold-smoking techniques, and use responsibly sourced ingredients and smoke-woods, to make delicious and intriguing flavour combinations. We produce a range of smoked nuts, seeds, cheese, salmon, salt & pepper and garlic.
The Smoke Folk is a social enterprise dedicated to making social change by giving volunteer, training and employment opportunities to people facing barriers to employment.
